This is Marsh's 2D Town & Crypt pack, originally released as part of the 2015 PROCJAM Art Pack, made by the amazing Marsh Davies. It includes:

• Tilesets for building fronts to generate or put together by hand.
• Tilesets for dark stone crypts and cellars.
• Decorate your buildings with windows, doors, roof details and ivy.
